Terms of Service
What Athiti does, what it does not, and the terms on which it coordinates travel.
This document is under legal review
Athiti's existing policies contain unresolved contradictions — including three different jurisdictions across the current documents, an unconfirmed registered entity name, and a duplicate refund policy. Rather than publish a plausible-looking document that has not been checked, this page sets out the structure and states plainly which sections are still open.
Nothing on this page should be relied on as a binding agreement until it has been reviewed and dated.
Athiti's role
Athiti coordinates travel arrangements between guests and independent local providers — hosts, kitchens and drivers. Athiti is not the provider of the accommodation, the food or the transport.
This distinction matters and we would rather state it plainly here than rely on you discovering it later.
What a request means
Sending a request does not reserve anything. Nothing is booked until a coordinator has confirmed availability with the provider and you have agreed the price and terms in writing.
Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted as a total before you commit. Athiti does not add a service fee to the traveller's side; it earns a commission from the provider.
To confirm Payment terms, the payment processor and the point at which money is taken must be finalised once the gateway is live.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate information about your group, dates and requirements. Treat properties and vehicles with reasonable care. Tell us early if plans change.
Provider responsibilities
Providers agree to honour confirmed bookings at the price confirmed, to keep spaces as represented, and to answer requests within one working day.
When things go wrong
Report problems to your coordinator immediately. Where something is materially different from what was represented, we will move you or refund the difference.
Athiti is not an insurer. Travel insurance remains your own responsibility, and we will not imply otherwise.
Liability
To confirm The limitation of liability clause requires legal drafting and has deliberately not been drafted here.
Governing law and jurisdiction
To confirm Athiti's current documents name three different locations across the terms, the cancellation policy and the contact page. A single governing jurisdiction must be settled before publication.
