What Athiti collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed.

Athiti's existing policies contain unresolved contradictions — including three different jurisdictions across the current documents, an unconfirmed registered entity name, and a duplicate refund policy. Rather than publish a plausible-looking document that has not been checked, this page sets out the structure and states plainly which sections are still open.
Nothing on this page should be relied on as a binding agreement until it has been reviewed and dated.
What we collect
When you send a request we collect your name, WhatsApp number, destination, travel dates, group size and whatever you tell us about your requirements. When you apply as a partner we collect your business details, location and capacity.
We do not collect payment card details on this site. We do not use tracking that follows you across other websites.
Why we collect it
To answer your request. A coordinator needs your dates and group size to ask a host a useful question, and your number to give you the answer.
Aggregated and stripped of identity, requests also tell us which destinations to build supply for. That analysis never involves your name or number.
Who sees it
The coordinator handling your request. A host, kitchen or driver sees your details only once you have approved an option involving them — never before.
We do not sell data. We do not share it with advertisers.

WhatsApp and consent
Sending a request is consent for us to reply on WhatsApp about that request. It is not consent to marketing.
Reply stop in any thread and we stop messaging you immediately.
How long we keep it
To confirm Retention periods for guest requests, partner applications and completed bookings are pending legal sign-off.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Message the thread you started, or use the contact page.
To confirm The statutory basis, the grievance officer's name and contact, and the response deadline are pending sign-off.
