Pork slow-cooked with kachampuli vinegar and roasted spice. The dish Kodagu is known for, and almost never made well outside a Kodava house.

Steamed rice dumplings, served with curry. The traditional partner to pandi curry.

The full vegetarian meal on a banana leaf — rice, sambar, palya, rasam, payasam. The original of what the world calls Udupi food.

Mangalorean chicken curry poured over crisp wafer-thin rice rotti until it softens.

For pilgrim groups, the practical question is a hall that can feed twenty at once. We are signing partners for exactly this.

A note on "can arrange". It means a cook we have eaten with will make it for you, with notice. It does not mean a menu you order from — these are households, and what is cooked depends on the day and the season.

What if your destination is not on the list?
Send the request anyway. Two things happen: we suggest the closest route we can genuinely serve, and your destination goes onto the demand map that decides where we build next.
We will not quietly take a booking for a place we do not cover. That is how travellers end up stranded, and it is the fastest way for a young marketplace to destroy its own reputation.
