A room in someone's property, usually with the owner on site and meals available in the house. Best for short trips where the point is the place and the people.
Independent properties with a front desk, more privacy and less conversation. Better for groups, late arrivals and anyone who wants to come and go unnoticed.
Rooms and small flats by the month, for students, hospital attendants, contract workers and families in transition. Rates are negotiated on duration.
How it works
Destination, dates, how many people, and anything that would rule a property out.
A coordinator contacts the property with your exact dates. No calendar guesswork, no provisional holds.
Photographs, the exact location, the host's name, total price and the cancellation terms — before payment.
Once you agree, the room is held and you get the host's contact details and directions.
Where it works
The same three labels used across the site.
You are quoted one total, covering the room and anything agreed with it. There is no separate service fee added to your side — Athiti earns its commission from the partner.
Card and UPI payment is being set up with a licensed payment partner. Until it is live, the amount is confirmed in writing and settled directly, with a written record on both sides.
The grid is a fraction of what we can reach. Tell us the dates, the group and what would rule a property out, and a coordinator works the rest of the corridor for you.

Both. Homestays are most of our Kodagu supply; small hotels and long-stay houses come up more in coastal Karnataka. We tell you which type each option is.
No, and we would rather be clear about it. Every stay is confirmed with the owner first, usually within a few hours in working time.
Because we have no verified ones. Publishing invented reviews would be the fastest way to lose the trust this whole service depends on. They appear when real guests have stayed and consented.
In Kodagu, yes — several properties take eight or more. For Nashik we are actively building group supply. Send the numbers and we will tell you honestly.
Message your coordinator immediately. We contact the host, and where it is genuinely misrepresented we move you or refund the difference. Properties that repeat it are removed.
Some hosts do. Many require two nights, and most insist over weekends and holidays. Ask and we will find the ones that fit.
